5-star show, simply Moorish, suppose I’ve eaten up my weight in pakora ... and that’s a lot of pakoras!! Goes without a doubt properly with the ordinary Indian to get pleasure from dishes, mint yogurt, mango chutney, and crimson onion chutney. Absolutely delicious!

Hi Nicky, can I bake in the oven as an alternative to frying? I thought of the usage of the equal spices however substituting your crispy wing batter for the oven bake method?

Hi Marilla, I have not tried them baked, unfortunately. Frying these pakora makes them very crunchy, so I assume they would not be as crunchy if baking.
If I used to be going to do it, I'd location on a lined baking tray in a single layer, drizzle with oil (or use spray oil) and bake for approx 20 minutes at 200C/400F till cooked all the way through.
As I said, I have not tried it this way, so cannot promise they will work out, however, I'll replace the recipe if I do (If you strive it, please let me comprehend how it goes :-)_
